Approximately, seven years ago, the country properties with tradition (haciendas) began to be put on in fashion, in the Spanish restoration. They allow to the guest; to prove and taste foods, already forgotten, having new experiences of the Spanish and indigenous cuisine and drinks; not in a conventional restaurant, like home, and with a warm attention.

In “The Bermuda 1525", where the Cradle of The First one San Salvador was founded; to the arrival of the Spaniards, in the year 1524, territory conquered by Pedro de Alvarado who left the conqueror Bartolomé Bermúdez in control; subjecting to the natives in hardened battles; later on the Spanish colony. "Old city” was founded in the year of 1558, also in lands of The Bermuda. This “Hacienda” has belonged for seven generations to the same family.

And it maintains their shield since the year of 1537
